Canceling non-custom orders will incur a Cancellation Charge equivalent to 25% of the Order Value, or the value of materials and work completed on the canceled product at the time of cancellation, whichever is higher, along with additional reasonable expenses and overhead linked to commitments or preparations for producing the order.
Custom orders cannot be canceled.
